Senior finance business partner - supporting functions

This position reports to the Head of Finance Enabling functions and is responsible for acting as Finance Business Partner for several Executives Team members in the Enabling functions domain.

Role and responsibilities

As Senior finance business partner you are partnering with multiple executive team members in the HR, Legal, and Public affairs domains. You are responsible for delivering both financial and business insights. Although this is an individual contributor role, you collaborate a lot with other finance teams within ASML to gather the right insights to drive effective decision making up to BoM level. Other responsibilities:

• Drive periodical planning and performance management cycles.

• Drive adoption of insight based, high quality decision making throughout ASML.

• Partner with the business and drive optimal decision making at strategic and tactical level.

• Drive optimization and improvement of processes and policies, standardization of worldwide reporting and insight-driven analyses to satisfy the need for management information.

• Effectively organize management reporting & analysis.

• Drive the Enabling functions community in cost down initiatives by participating in business improvement projects and validating business cases.

Education and experience

• Master degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting with CPA and/or MBA, preferred.

• 15+ years relevant experience in Finance roles, including at least 5 years in Finance Business Partnering as part of a Management Team.

• Experience in matrix organizations.

• Proven ability to communicate and influence across all levels of a global organization.

Other information

The job is part of the ASML finance organization, within the Financial Business Partnering team. Within this department, we are looking for a Senior Financial Business Partner for the Enabling functions. They report to the Head of Finance Enabling functions and will interact with various departments in and outside of finance.
