Join ASML’s Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) and help shape the future of our global multi-cloud platform. As a Senior Service Delivery Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement across our cloud services landscape.
Role and responsibilities
As a Senior Service Delivery Manager in the CCoE, you will:
- Ensure cloud services meet agreed SLAs and quality standards, with regular reporting and reviews.
- Lead incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring business continuity and stakeholder communication.
- Oversee service lifecycle management, ensuring continuity, compliance, and cost-effective performance.
- Translate business needs into service requirements and improvements.
- Act as a consultant during project initiation and throughout design and transition phases.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to align services with business goals.
- Provide input on capacity planning and technology roadmaps.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Technical Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Valid certifications in SAFe, ITIL, BiSL, or COBIT.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a complex, international IT environment.
- Proven experience with ITIL processes (certified in ITIL v3/v4).
- Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Other information
You will be part of the Cloud & Data Center Services team within ASML’s Core IT department. Embedded in the agile release train ‘CCoE’, you will work closely with Product Owners and be functionally guided by the Service Excellence & Control team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to mission-critical IT infrastructure and cloud services that support ASML’s global operations.
