Sourcing lead - Professional Services

Introduction to the job

Do you want to partner closely with the Employee Services and Communications departments to identify the best suppliers for ASML? Can you support the business strategy and drive excellent negotiations and contract management?

We are continuously developing our Indirect Procurement department and would like to welcome an enthusiastic source lead!

You will further strengthen and develop our Indirect Procurement team in the area of Employee Services and Communications. In this role you unlock the potential of our suppliers to deliver solutions that execute ASML’s business strategy, taking into account an optimal balance between total cost of ownership, performance and risk for ASML.

Role and responsibilities

You co-operate closely with various stakeholders throughout ASML and with our suppliers, with the objective to assure a long term balance between expected demand and supply capacity.

• Develop & execute the sourcing strategy for Employee Services and Communications

• Challenge & support internal stakeholders in their demand

• Drive supplier selection process (RFP’s) in alignment with internal stakeholders

• Conduct supplier negotiations

• Manage the supplier relation & performance

• Ensure compliancy to the procure-to-pay process

Education and experience

• Higher professional education in a relevant area e.g. Business Economics, Technology Management, Business Economics.

• 6-10 years of relevant work experience in an indirect procurement environment

• Knowledge of Employee Services and Communication & Branding markets is preferred

• Strategic and tactical procurement experience

• Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills

Personal skills

• Strong collaborator with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

• Action-oriented and structured

• Able to maintain overview in complex situations and drive a multidisciplinary approach

• Able to work in a continuously changing and very challenging environment

• English is a must, Dutch is preferred

Other information

You will be working in the Indirect Procurement department Professional Services in a team of 8 colleagues, reporting to a group category manager.
