With great sadness, ASML Holding NV (ASML) announces that Supervisory Board member Ieke van den Burg has passed away.
"Ieke was an engaged and knowledgeable member of the ASML Supervisory Board, and focused particularly on corporate governance, social policy and employee participation. She was an outspoken and persistent voice in the discussions of the Supervisory Board, and we could always count on her knowledge, advice and support over the past nine years. On behalf of ASML's Board of Management and the Supervisory Board, we are grateful for the time she dedicated to the company. Our thoughts are with her family and friends," Supervisory Board Chairman Arthur van der Poel said.
Succession will be announced in due course.
