Our responsible AI practices
ASML recognizes that responsible AI and related practices are fundamental aspects of AI innovation. At ASML, we put responsible AI into practice through appropriate governance and alignment with global regulations and standards. Our company‑wide Responsible AI Policy sets key requirements for the responsible development and use of AI across ASML, and we have processes in place to enable responsible development and deployment of AI. As AI technologies and regulations evolve, we continuously refine our policies, guidance, and controls. We also emphasize the importance of human oversight and support our employees with the training, guidance, and approved tools they need to use AI safely and effectively in accordance with our Responsible AI Policy.
