ASML’s lithography and metrology & inspection systems comprise thousands of parts, most of which come from our suppliers. Our sourcing & supply chain colleagues are involved throughout our entire business, from idea to working product. We work hard finding the right suppliers, making sure our customers have the parts they need in time, and helping to reduce environmental impact and waste.

Wilton is an important competency center, specializing in critical technologies that advance the performance of our lithography and metrology systems. It’s also our only in-house optical fabrication site in the US.
