In Wilton, no two days are alike in our fast-paced precision cleanroom environment. Here, we test and assemble the lithography machine’s reticle handler and the reticle stage (the reticle contains the pattern to be printed on the wafer). Wilton is also one of our in-house optical fabrication sites.

Wilton is an important competency center, specializing in critical technologies that advance the performance of our lithography and metrology systems. It’s also our only in-house optical fabrication site in the US.
