Introduction to the job

Space planning and managing data such as Factsheet, utilization and Re portfolio to ensure functionality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Role and responsibilities

•Responsible for planning and managing the utilization of space in various locations of the organization in TW & SEA, while ensuring optimal functionality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. •Manage the space planning to optimize the housing demand and supply and to combine this with an efficient and effective housing plan•Management data for Office and Industrial space in Planon.•Collecting and report out Factsheet report. •Leading the communication with NL counterpart collaboration.•Supporting admin / data gather work for new portfolio actions.•In charge of space code planning.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor / Master degree in business management, project management, facility manage or similar.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, business analyzed with interpersonal and effective communication skill

Skills

•Capable with competence to project management or facility/ Data management background.•Excellent in English listening, speaking, reading, writing•Strong ownership and team player with adaptable mindset•Good at Excel, PPT & effective presentation skill, experience in Power BI and flow chart.
