Context
Own project‑based manpower planning for UIR installations, upgrades, and relocations to support upcoming ramp‑up demand.
Coordinate closely with local Operations teams to translate project needs into executable manpower plans.
Work hand‑in‑hand with KM to align manpower plans with training, OJT, and cross‑skill enablement, accelerating team readiness.
Act as the local planning focal point, ensuring alignment with WW UIR planners on resource gaps, fly‑in support, and priority adjustments.
Participate in and present in WW planning meetings and act as the global interface (WW 窗口) for Taiwan UIR manpower topics.
Independently manage daily planning activities while ensuring effective collaboration with operations teams
Lead planning and capability‑building projects to improve flexibility, scalability, and responsiveness of UIR manpower models.
Drive cross‑regional alignment with WW planners on mid‑ to long‑term capacity strategy.
Contribute to structural improvements linking manpower planning, KM, and operational execution.
Proactively anticipate business changes and translate them into forward‑looking manpower and capability roadmaps.

Requirements
Has work experience, with several years of experience in specific Project Management roles and project delivery. Has good knowledge of competence or technical area managed and awareness of the business issues.
Strong experience in manpower planning, project planning, or operations coordination.
Ability to work independently while influencing across functional and regional teams.
Strong communication skills in English; able to represent the site in WW meetings.
Structured, data‑driven mindset with high ownership and execution discipline.
Experience working in dynamic, fast‑changing business environments
