Introduction of Field Application Engineer

Field Application Engineer 는 Photo lithography와 반도체 공정에 대한 높은 이론적 지식 및 경험을 바탕으로 customer product wafer에서 발생하는 복잡한 이슈들을 분석하고, 해결방안을 고객 및 본사에 제시하는 역할을 수행하며, 새롭고 앞선 어플리케이션을 제공함으로써 더 나은 성능의 ASML 시스템 개발을 리드합니다.

• Patterning & Control Competency Engineer
  - 고객의 새로운 device 기술에 부합하는 new function을 갖춘 어플리케이션 솔루션을 고객에게 제공
  - Node Project 의 기술 전문가로서 새로운 function 평가 및 data 분석을 통한 solution 검증

Education and Experience

• 석사 이상의 학위 보유자 우대 (관련전공 아래 참조), 경력직에 한해 학사 지원 가능
• 관련전공: Electronics, Mechatronics, Control & Measurement, Semiconductor, Physics, Material Science, Optics, Nano Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, IC manufacturing
• 3년 이상의 반도체 및 반도체 관련 장비사 경험 보유자
• Metrology & Inspection, Overlay, Photolithography 관련 분야 경력 우대

Technical Skills

• Understand basic principle of lithography. Scanner system general knowledge can be plus
• Knowledge to handle SW tools (MATLAB, Python, MS office and so on) for data analysis
• Understand semiconductor process

• Working Location: ASML Icheon Office

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
