The Global Mobility Expertise (GME) team plays a key role in shaping and supporting these assignments. The team is responsible for defining assignment policies, enabling and supporting the assignment lifecycle, and advising the business on the most effective ways to deploy employees in different situations. This includes close collaboration across areas such as immigration, tax, social security, and relocation, with a strong focus on delivering a high-quality employee experience.

Role and responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end assignment lifecycle, contributing to the smooth execution of global mobility processes

  • Act as a point of coordination for assignment-related activities, working with internal stakeholders, vendors, and team members

  • Provide support in maintaining and improving internal documentation, tools, and templates

  • Contribute to recurring team activities and help ensure process optimization

  • Respond to stakeholder queries and provide guidance on assignment-related topics

Education and experience

Graduate or undergraduate students

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive data

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong command of English (written and spoken)

  • Experience with process automation (e.g., Power Automate, Excel VBA) is a plus
