We are seeking a Sales Operation Specialist to join our SK Hynix Account Team, supporting sales operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with global teams and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and forecasted demand by capturing and maintaining accurate data in the SAP system.
- Support quotation activities by creating and updating quotes in the system based on requests from Sales officers.
- Provide support for delivery and return merchandise authorization (RMA) processes, including tracking status and responding to requests.
- Initiate the order booking process and ensure a smooth handover to downstream teams, including the Advanced Business Services (ABS) team, for order processing.
- Ensure accurate and timely handover of customer quotes and orders for booking.
- Provide general sales and account support, including data collection, status tracking, and coordination with stakeholders as needed.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and participate as a team member in operational projects.
Education and experience
Bachelor degree
2~4 years of prior experience in sales operations or related fields preferred
Skills
Proficiency in using sales-related systems (e.g., ERP)
Strong communication skills in both Korean and English
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams (Account Managers, HQ Planning, Supply Chain, Finance) and external customers
Positive attitude and resilience under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and service excellence
