Full time
Research, develop and optimize algorithms and function codes for manufacture check in computational lithography, including geometry query, boolean operation, pattern processing and geometry measurements.
Identify problems and design robust solutions that are based on state of the art algorithm and software technologies, turning general requirement definitions into functioning software product.
Provide technical support of ASML products for China customers.
Communicate and collaborate with various ASML products and functional teams across the world.
Education and experience
Master or Ph.D. degree in engineering or science field, e.g. Physics, Optics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering;
Skills
* Expertise in pattern and graphics processing;
* Rich experience in C++ programming language and knowledge about computational geometry;
* EDA or Tape-Out process related knowledge, especially in OPC.
* Familiarity with Unix environment and scripting languages will be a plus (python and lua);
* Experience in advance c++ (e.g. C14/17) will be a plus;
* Experience in software pattern design will be a plus.
Candidates who are self-driven and with strong interest in semiconduct software are welcomed. Note that, this job requires certain level of compression ability.
