The sector Global Manufacturing TwinScan Factory (GMF TF FAB) System Integration & Pack (SI&P) is responsible for assembling and disassembling all complete DUV (Deep Ultraviolet) systems.

Role and responsibilities

As our technician you will execute daily operations within SI&P;

You are part of a team of operators to continuously improve operations in the most efficient way. Key performance indicators are Safety, Quality, on time Delivery, Customer satisfaction, Continuously improving, Cost effectiveness and People engagement. In this role you will;

• Build, apply and share your skills and knowledge to execute the daily operation as part of a team of technicians;

• Work with a rigorous Safety and Quality mindset to reach agreed specifications and delivery times towards internal and external customers according the latest standards;

• Commit to the standards and focus on continuously improving them and the production process by looking to eliminate forms of waste (TIM WOODS);

• Responsible for day-to-day progress and output powered by giving and receiving input in Daily Management meetings on the shop floor and by being pro-actively involved in the process;

• Effectively and efficiently collaborate with multiple supporting departments within a Natural Team to successfully reach mutual targets;

• Learn from mistakes by sharing them with the team and come up with a solution in order to prevent them from reoccurring.

Education and experience

• At least an MBO-3 education in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Installation & Construction Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or similar.

• you speak Dutch and/or English;

• Mechanical, Electrical and/or technical background;

• Experience working in (system) production environment preferred

• Able to work in multi-disciplinary teams within a high-tech environment;

• proficient in both Dutch and English, both orally and written, to interact with native and non-native Dutch colleagues;

Other information

Candidate will work in 2-shifts schedule in cleanroom.

• 2-shifts + weekend;

• Week days 06:30-15:30 or 15:00-00:00 hours;

• Weekends once a month from 07:00-16:00 hours.

For this position, the indicative (fixed) annual salary range is between 47,500 euro and 59,000 euro. This range comprises vacation allowance and a 13th-month payment and is based on a full-time contract. Company profit sharing is not included in this range. As this is a shift-based position you will receive a shift allowance on top of the indicated salary range. The actual compensation offered will depend on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: job-related skills, relevant education and (work) experience, certifications, demonstrated abilities of the candidate, pay relative to other team members. De sector Global Manufacturing TwinScan Factory (GMF TF FAB) System Integration & Pack (SI&P) is verantwoordelijk voor het assembleren en demonteren van alle complete DUV‑systemen (Deep Ultraviolet).
 

Rol en verantwoordelijkheden

Als technicus voer je de dagelijkse werkzaamheden uit binnen SI&P.

Je maakt deel uit van een team van operators dat continu werkt aan het verbeteren van de operatie op de meest efficiënte manier. Belangrijke prestatie‑indicatoren zijn Safety, Quality, on‑time Delivery, Customer Satisfaction, Continuous Improvement, Cost Effectiveness en People Engagement. In deze rol ga je:

• Je vaardigheden en kennis opbouwen, toepassen en delen om samen met je team de dagelijkse werkzaamheden uit te voeren;
• Werken met een sterke focus op veiligheid en kwaliteit om te voldoen aan afgesproken specificaties en levertijden voor interne en externe klanten, volgens de nieuwste standaarden;
• Je committeren aan standaarden en deze continu verbeteren, evenals het productieproces, door het elimineren van verspillingen (TIM WOODS);
• Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de dagelijkse voortgang en output door actief input te geven en te ontvangen tijdens Daily Management‑meetings op de werkvloer en door proactief betrokken te zijn bij het proces;
• Effectief en efficiënt samenwerken met meerdere ondersteunende afdelingen binnen een Natural Team om gezamenlijke doelstellingen te behalen;
• Leren van fouten door deze te delen met het team en gezamenlijk oplossingen te bedenken om herhaling te voorkomen.
   

Opleiding en ervaring

• Minimaal een MBO‑3 opleiding in Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek, Installatie‑ & Constructietechniek, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering of vergelijkbaar;
• Je spreekt Nederlands en/of Engels;
• Een mechanische, elektrische en/of technische achtergrond;
• Ervaring in een (systeem)productieomgeving is een pré.
   

Vaardigheden

• In staat om te werken in multidisciplinaire teams binnen een hightech omgeving;
• Houdt van resultaatgericht werken;
• Vaardig in zowel Nederlands als Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk, om te communiceren met Nederlandstalige en niet‑Nederlandstalige collega’s;
• Zelfstandig in het signaleren en oplossen van problemen en neemt eigenaarschap;
• Proactief;
• Nauwkeurig;
• Hands‑on mentaliteit.
   

Overige informatie

Je werkt in een 2‑ploegendienst in de cleanroom.

• 2‑ploegen + weekend;
• Doordeweeks: 06:30–15:30 uur of 15:00–00:00 uur;
• Weekenden: eenmaal per maand van 07:00–16:00 uur.

Voor deze functie ligt de indicatieve (vaste) jaarlijkse salarisschaal tussen €47.500 en €59.000. Dit salaris is gebaseerd op een fulltime dienstverband en is inclusief vakantietoeslag en een dertiende maand. Winstdeling van het bedrijf is niet inbegrepen in deze salarisschaal.

Aangezien dit een functie in ploegendienst betreft, ontvang je bovenop het genoemde salaris een ploegentoeslag. Het uiteindelijke salarisaanbod is afhankelijk van meerdere factoren die per kandidaat verschillen, waaronder – maar niet beperkt tot – functiegerelateerde vaardigheden, relevante opleiding en (werk)ervaring, certificeringen, aantoonbare competenties en de beloning in verhouding tot andere teamleden.
