Peter Wennink
Peter joined the ASML Foundation Supervisory Board as its chairman in 2002. Peter Wennink was appointed President and CEO of ASML on July 1, 2013. He joined the company in 1999 as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Management. Peter has an extensive background in business and finance.
Lucas van Grinsven
Lucas is Head of Communications at ASML. He joined ASML in 2007 and has been instrumental in improving the company’s performance in the areas of sustainability and community relations, covering youth programs, technology promotion, sponsorships and charity activities. He joined the ASML Foundation Supervisory Board in January 2014.
Sandrine Auffret
Sandrine Auffret is Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Counsel and Company Secretary at ASML. Sandrine joined ASML in July 2021 from Alcon in Geneva, Switzerland, where she served as Regional General Counsel, Head of Legal and Compliance International for Alcon’s activities outside the US, leading teams around the world and acting as a strategic business partner to senior executives. Sandrine joined the Supervisory Board in June 2023.
