Disclosure Committee

ASML has a Disclosure Committee to ensure compliance with applicable disclosure requirements arising under United States and Dutch law.

The Disclosure Committee, which comprises various members of ASML senior management, reports to and assists our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer in the maintenance and evaluation of disclosure controls and procedures. The Disclosure Committee gathers all relevant financial and non-financial information and assesses materiality, timeliness and necessity for disclosure of such information. The Audit Committee is kept informed about the outcome of Disclosure Committee meetings.
