You work closely with ASML’s senior management and contribute at the highest levels of the organization.

Role and responsibilities

As head of annual reporting, you take on a broad and impactful set of responsibilities within a dynamic environment. You are responsible for delivering high‑quality corporate reporting and have the opportunity to make a visible and meaningful contribution. In this function, you will report directly to the head of annual & sustainability reporting and will be part of the Annual & Sustainability Reporting leadership team. 

Your main responsibilities include: 

  • Team leadership - Lead and mentor the Annual Reporting team, fostering excellence and innovation while building reporting expertise and supporting career growth 
  • Annual report process execution - Lead the end‑to‑end planning, execution, and publication of ASML’s annual report, ensuring full compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and CSRD, consistent and high‑quality reporting, close collaboration with subject matter experts, and effective coordination of internal and external stakeholders while driving efficiency and innovation 
  • Stakeholder engagement - Build strategic partnerships with senior internal and external stakeholders (e.g. auditors) to ensure smooth and compliant reporting processes 
  • Staying up to date - Keep abreast of emerging reporting trends, standards, and regulations to maintain the highest standards in integrated annual reporting 

Education and experience 

  • Master’s degree in finance with a completed RA (or equivalent) 
  • 15+ years of relevant experience 
  • Proven experience in annual reporting, preferably within a multinational organization and/or accounting firm experience 
  • Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and sustainability reporting standards (CSRD) 
  • Proven track record of project management experience with cross-department, complex multi-stakeholder projects 
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders across functions in a complex international organization to drive ownership and ensure timely, accurate reporting 
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of senior professionals
