Introduction to the job
Start your career in Sourcing & Supply Chain at ASML and help enable the material flow that powers our cutting edge technology. In this program, you’ll work at the heart of a complex global operation, collaborating with colleagues and partners to support production continuity and customer success. If you enjoy solving operational challenges in a dynamic, data driven environment, this program offers a strong foundation for your development.
Role and responsibilities
ASML’s Sourcing & Supply Chain organization supports a highly complex, global supply network where availability, reliability, and scalability are key. Our teams work closely with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and suppliers worldwide to ensure materials are available where and when they are needed.
Within this Graduate Acceleration Program, you will take ownership of day to day operational topics and improvement initiatives in your area of focus.
Through this recruitment process, you’ll be matched to a role within Sourcing & Supply Chain. The categories below provide a representation of the types of roles available, while additional opportunities may also arise depending on business needs:
- Product lifecycle management: Ensuring materials are on time for new or changed products by working with engineers and other supply chain teams to coordinate planning, track the impact of design changes on delivery, cost, and quality, and oversee material readiness throughout the product life cycle.
- Material availability management: Ensuring the right materials are available on time by working with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal customers (e.g., engineering). You will monitor material flows, coordinate factory and field inventory health, resolve day to day supply issues, track partner performance, and continuously improve operational processes.
- Operational procurement: Ensuring materials are ordered on time and at the right price by handling daily purchasing activities, supporting supplier negotiations, solving buying issues, keeping order data accurate, and working closely with suppliers and senior sourcing colleagues. This may include a potential account lead role for smaller supplier accounts.
- Data & analytics: Turning operational data into clear insights that support planning, logistics, and delivery decisions. You will analyze data, build reports, and work with business teams to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities in day to day operations.
